TCRLAS v2.0 · EXPERIMENTAL

Nine-Milestone Interactive Assessment

Nine independent 0–6 evidence-strength ratings, adjustable milestone weights, formula comparison and a three-phase evidence profile.

Provisional only. Calculated levels are experimental screening estimates, not verified TCRLAS milestones. No score, weight or gate authorizes investment, regulatory activity or commercial launch. Use the separate evidence-based milestone review tool →
Private by design: browser memory only; no accounts, automatic storage, analytics, external APIs or submission. Export JSON before refreshing or leaving. Files are unencrypted; do not enter confidential or patient-identifiable information. This experimental JSON format is separate from the complete CVA/HSE assessment record.

1. Nine independent maturity milestones

0 = unsupported; 1 = asserted; 2 = preliminary; 3 = documented; 4 = demonstrated; 5 = externally corroborated; 6 = robust and repeatable. These experimental anchors do not replace the official milestone definitions. New assessments start NE.

Phase 1 — Proof of Principle

1. Scientific insight

Documented scientific/engineering insight linked to plausible application.

2. Practical feasibility

Reproducible core principle in controlled conditions.

3. Differentiation and control path

Credible advantage compared with alternatives; basic ownership and use-rights risks identified.

Phase 2 — Proof of Concept

4. Customer problem validated

Defined user/customer confirms meaningful problem or unmet need.

5. Functional prototype and feedback

Functional prototype or equivalent service demonstration evaluated by target users.

6. Credible adoption path

Plausible route to adoption, delivery, pricing/economics and applicable compliance.

Phase 3 — Proof of Commercialization

7. Real-world pilot

Integrated solution performs in relevant setting; roles and venture/licensing route defined.

8. Repeatable value and revenue

Verified commercial transactions or equivalent payment, repeatable delivery and viable unit economics.

9. Sustainable scaling operation

Repeatable sustainable operations, expandable capacity and defensible operational advantage.

Only the experimental weighted cumulative model uses per-level weights to determine its provisional estimate. Other methods use weights only for diagnostics and the phase map.

2. Choose a provisional calculation method

Sequential gates cannot skip an NE or a failed milestone. Weights cannot compensate for a failed sequential gate.

For each sequential milestone i ≤ k: xᵢ ≥ 4 and xᵢ is not NE.
Highest qualifying contiguous k → provisional estimate only.
Diagnostic strength = 100 × Σ(observed wᵢ × f(xᵢ/6)) / Σ(observed wᵢ).
Transform: linear; weights normalized. The transform does not change the sequential level gate.

3. Evidence and assessor notes

No documented human review: record assessor, date, evidence references and review summary, then explicitly confirm. No verified milestone is assigned by this page.

4. Save or load your local assessment

Imports accept this page’s versioned JSON and records from the supplied prototype. They are completely validated before replacing state. CVA/HSE JSON belongs in the separate tools.
