UNIVERSITY RESEARCH & COMMERCIALIZATION

Connect research with real-world possibility.

Working with professors and students to develop a clearer commercialization path—and explore appropriate investment in university-produced research.

AN ADDITIONAL BUSINESS TRACK

Academic insight.
Commercial understanding.

Commons building remains InnovGreenTech’s main driver. Alongside it, university research commercialization is a distinct business track: collaborating with researchers to understand the practical potential of their results and investing when appropriate.

InnovGreenTech’s operator has worked with several professors and students, particularly those associated with Tunghai University, to help them commercialize research results. This describes experience with individual researchers and students.

The work spans pharmaceuticals, medical devices, digital twins, smart AI-assisted CNC (computer numerical control) systems, and robotics.

EXPERIENCE ACROSS DISCIPLINES

Different research.
Different paths to use.

Pharmaceuticals & medical devices

Explore how research can address practical health needs, with attention to validation, intellectual property, and the relevant development pathway.

Digital twins

Explore how digital representations of physical systems can become useful products and services.

Smart AI-assisted CNC systems

Connect intelligent machining research with real-world manufacturing needs, integration, and reliable operation.

Robotics

Explore applications, system robustness, users, and the practical conditions for adoption.

TCRLAS

Assess the path.
Identify the next step.

The Technology Commercialization Readiness Level Assessment System (TCRLAS) has been used to help professors and students assess the commercialization readiness of their work. Its use extends beyond academia to technologies and organizations across industry.

TCRLAS supports an objective, evidence-based review of technical maturity, market validation, intellectual property, business and team readiness, and funding and resource alignment. Its purpose is to identify what is ready, what remains uncertain, and which evidence or milestone should come next.

Assessment can inform collaboration and investment discussions. It is not a promise of commercial success or funding.
